How can I register for a Migstar account?
You can register on our Migstar website. See the detailed instructions in below
- Press the user icon
- Click the register button
- Choose the option customer/vendor
- Fill in the details
- Press register button
An email will be sent to notify you of successful registration
Please note:
You should bind 1 email address to 1 mobile number to avoid login error.
We highly recommended to log in with your mobile number that registered once your account is created
I forgot my password/email, what should I do?
If you forgot your password, please follow the steps below to create a new password
- Click Forgot Password
- Enter your email or mobile number and click Reset Password
You will receive the link in your email or Phone number to create a new password
*If you cannot find the link in your mail inbox, please check your junk or spam file.
I already place order and confirmed payment with Migstar. What should I do next?
After you placed an order and received the confirmation email, you no need to do anything. We’ll notify you by email again once the status of your item/order has changed.

How to place an order on Migstar website?
- Choose the product that you would like to purchase
- After choosing the product click the button Add to Cart
- Go to your shopping cart by clicking on Cart icon
- Click Proceed to Checkout
- Choose the delivery option and enter your shipping/Billing address.
- Click Place Order Now
- Choose the payment option and complete the payment.
Error during check-out / placing order. what should I do?
- Please remove voucher you applied, then try to checkout again.
- Please try ordering similar items from a different seller.
- Please try reducing item quantity in your cart, then try to checkout again.
