1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please:

  2. Wait for approval and return instructions.

  3. Ship the item to the address we provide.
    (Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.)


3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within [5–10 business days] to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Personal care items (e.g., undergarments, cosmetics) unless unopened

  • Customized or personalized items (unless defective)


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product. To request an exchange, email us at migstar.my@gmail.com.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • First, check your bank or credit card account again.

  • Contact your bank or payment provider.
